DESIGN
Without going into genuinely technical arguments, I would like to say a few words to clarify the features and design canons of this type of unit.
A blow through valve, in fact, is not simply a drop through valve with a pipe below!
A proper design must consider at least the volume of the stator, the characteristics of the rotor and its balance, the number of sectors and their transport and closing function, the more appropriate type of plates; the size, surface and design of the drop mouth communicating with the pneumatic conveying pipe and the optimal inner diameter of the latter .
Acquired all these data, we proceed to design theory, knowing that they must comply with certain proportions between the elements to get a good synergy without forgetting the pneumatic component that, in some respects, may be crucial .
But it is known that from theory to practice ........ In fact, during the tests, definitely begin the unforeseen : abnormal functioning with certain materials, excessive pressure drop, difficulty handling etc. .
At this point we have two possibilities : either you differentiate the projects (ie, knowing that the model A works well in situations a = > an while working ill in situations b = > bn, you change the project so that it works well in the situation b => bn, but worst in situation a = > an.
This will give us the model A recommended for situations a => a and the model B recommended for situations b = > bn and so on. ) Or must find compromises which make acceptable the operation in both cases . This solution, however, appears dispersive one side and the other symptom of poor quality .
What to do then ? Hard to say : maybe try different projects and alternative solutions or invent something new.
From this point of view, we at RO-
But not enough: during the decades of activity elapsed from the beginning, with some genial tricks and exclusive solutions brought our production to be a reference for the market , being able to work well always and everywhere, even where others had raised the white flag, respecting simply our installation instructions .
Nothing new for those who know us and use our valves with full satisfaction, but to others, if all this seemed a tad presumptuous, we are available to prove it all the time: contact us by submitting your problem and if it depends on a valve will surely be solved.
