The range of our traditional rotary valves are suitable for use in systems without ATEX zones.
The constructive philosophy reflects the latest evolution derived from our long experience. We could call it a modular conception of the valve, so, from a few basic projects, we can produce hundreds of different models, for handling every type of materials.
The subdivision into Series and Models, in fact, is the same of the certified valves, so that, for dimensions and characteristics, you can refer to the same TABLES. The production is then articulated between TN / TS - TNA / TNAS - VP / VPC in the various models, but with more possibilities for customization, not having to comply with the provisions of the ATEX and EN 15089. Not for this the valves are of lower quality, indeed, are cured in every detail as those certified, but have the freedom to use also different materials and  special solutions studied by RO-BO to improve efficiency and hold down prices. These valves can also be supplied without gearbox BUT ALWAYS MAINTENANCE FREE.
After assembly , each valve is tested and sealed before shipping.
The valves are sealed so as not to compromise the calibration of the internal registers, so it is forbidden tampering with them, otherwise you lose the warranty.
As it is forbidden to even loosen one bolt, it would be good to predict the presence of the gearbox, ordering it already installed or ask the manufacturer.

It 's always in our mind the focus on safety, being present in all valves our exclusive mechanism, designed and inserted in the production decades ago and always evolved accordingly together with the valves, which, in case of explosion, locks the valve rotor , offering a valuable contribution to the containment of damage.
In short, we can say that this is our production of ever, reliable and technologically updated, so that, in order to obtain certification to EN 15089, we only changed a few details.
The standard production is in spheroidal cast iron EN GJS 400/15 but, on request, we can also implement them in other types of cast iron or steel, with or without coating (Electroless Nickel or otherwise) for any particular purpose.
