FEATURES

OUR VALVES ARE ASSEMBLED, CALIBRATED AND OPTIMIZED IN FACTORY IN ALL OF THEIR PARAMETERS. THE INLET – OUTLET TERMINALS OF PIPELINE WELDED TO THE VALVES, GUARANTEE THE INVIOLABILITY OF ITS DELICATE EQUILIBRIUM AND FAVOR THE FLANGING TO THE EXISTING PNEUMATIC LINES, PRESERVING THE VALVE FROM DRAWBACKS, ALSO UNINTENTIONAL, DUE TO THE DIRECT CONNECTION WITH THE CONVEYING LINE.

THIS MEANS, BESIDES, A GREAT SIMPLICITY AND SAFETY OF INSTALLATION, THE CERTAINTY THAT THE PARAMETERS FOR WHICH THE VALVE WAS CERTIFIED REMAIN UNCHANGED AND, LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ALSO A MEANINGFUL ECONOMIC AND ENERGETIC SAVING.

YOU CAN ELIMINATE, IN FACT, ALL THOSE SOLUTIONS PALLIATIVE BUT INCONCLUSIVE TAKEN TO COMPENSATE FOR THE POOR EFFICIENCY AND / OR LOSS OF LOAD OF OTHER VALVES, AS THE PRESSURE DROP OF OUR VALVES IS ABSOLUTELY INCONSIDERABLE (see graphs) AND EFFICIENCY WILL BE EVEN MORE HIGH TO THE EXTENT SHALL BE ALLOWED FROM THE REST OF THE SYSTEM.

IN ATEX ZONE, SAFETY WILL BE GUARANTEED BY THE SEVERITY OF OUR CERTIFICATION.

Our valves are generally suitable for the handling of each type of material but, as it is possible to customize them to obtain maximum efficiency with each type of product, before the   final choice should contact us, communicating the type of material in question, so as to allow us to recommend the best solution.
And now some notes on the features and functionality :

STATOR : The inside must be perfectly smooth and without impurities.  Can also be coated in Nitek .

ROTOR:  In  hardened steel, is balanced during the electric welding of the plates .  Given the tight tolerances involved, should ensure a smooth and accurate rotation with minimal stress   to bearings and seals .  Basic for relapse on load losses, shows excellent functionality :  at each rotation,  2/3 sectors perform the function of transport while 7/8 plates are always in   closing function .  The load volume of each segment is proportional to the receptivity of the outlet .

DISCHARGE PORT :  With optimized geometry to facilitate the insertion of the material in pneumatic flow while minimizing turbulence.

CONNECTION TUBES : Our valves are supplied with 30/40 cm.  pipe welded to the stator both incoming and outgoing .  This is to ensure that the delicate balance existing between the   discharge outlet and the pneumatic conveying pipe is not compromised and to favor the flanging to the  piping system.

FLUSHED SEALS  :  Available for all models, are useful for operations with particularly difficult materials .  They do not affect other parameters of the valve.

So our valve works,  in broad terms,  according to the principle of airlocks  (or compensation chambers ) for which there is a clear dependence on other components of a system.
For this is necessary carefully consider the choice of this type of valve   and it is essential   to harmonize   with the rest  of the system.

NOTE:   THE VALVES   BIDIRECTIONAL EXPLOSION BARRIER   CERTIFIED   EN   15089   ARE FURNISHED   WITH GEAR   ATEX INSTALLED .
