Ideals for bulk materials handling and dosing both for powders and grains, can be used on pneumatic conveying lines in each industrial sector.
The sturdy structure in spheroidal cast iron EN GJS 400/15, the rotor toughened and very tight tolerances ensure an excellent seal with a working fluid dynamic continuity of upper level.

Is available, on request, the Nitek covering (inside), useful to make absolutely smooth the surfaces and, therefore, facilitate the outflow of the handled material.
The total Nitek coating (internal / external) makes it particularly suitable for the food industry, facilitating the outflow of flour or other thanks to the absolutely smooth surfaces and ensuring a very low percentage of contamination by contact.
The double coating, applied to the particular structure of our valve, guarantees the absence of surface roughness and inhibits the possibility of food matter stagnation in any interstices (absent) or blind spots.

Remind that also this line of valves is equipped with the safety mechanism that blocks the rotor in case of explosion and is available the version with permanent lubrication maintenance-free.

THE VALVES ON REQUEST CAN BE MADE EVEN IN STEEL ANSI 304 - ANSI 316 - C40 - C45.
