Gearboxes RB-T1 and RB-T2 are a wonderful concentrate of mechanical technology engineered and developed over the years by our workshop.
Trying and testing different materials and configurations, we came to the current production which is characterized, in practice, for a unified standard, represented by RB-T1 for matching to the smaller valves with model code from 165 to 100 and RB-T2 for those of larger size.
There are two kinds of these gearboxes: NORMAL and ATEX CERTIFIED.
The Atex version is standard fitment on valves certified to EN 15089, but can also be sold separately to be installed on devices in Atex zones that require it.
The Normal version is ideal for use where there are no Atex Zone. Although not certified, in fact, reflects the latest evolution of our production  and the main features of the certified version:
SMALL SIZE
PERMANENT LUBRICATION MAINTENANCE FREE
LOW SURFACE TEMPERATURE
STURDINESS AND SILENT OPERATION
RELIABILITY AND PRECISION OVER THE YEARS GUARANTEED

These are typically used to dispense 10 to 30 rpm, but on request can be customized to meet the specific needs of the customer.
